Refunds & Cancellation

The payment of Rs. 5900 (Abstract Submission Fee) + Convenience Charges is an Application Fee for Abstract Application Submission for APICON 2024.

No Refunds or Cancellations will be made, upon successful submission of the abstract. Successful submissions will receive an acknowledgement email of their submission

The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the APICON 2024 conference and accepted for presentation, as they see fit.

If a payment failure happens, the delegate may want to re-submit their application. This can be done through Abstract Submission Form.
